We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Oncology Key Account Specialist (KAS) to join our Bulgarian Oncology business unit in Plovdiv. This pivotal role reports directly to the Sales Manager Oncology Bulgaria and is integral to our mission of delivering value to patients, payers, and physicians in the oncology field.Position Overview
As the Oncology KAS, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Oncology Business Customer Manager (BCM), and the Medical Team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Your goal will be to establish company as a trusted partner in oncology.Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Financial Responsibilities
Business Results: Manage business outcomes within assigned accounts.Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs; propose and evaluate sales targets.Financial Planning: Provide accurate financial planning and stay within approved promotional budgets.Account Management: Develop and implement commercial agreements and business plans for priority accounts.Customer Engagement
Relationship Building: Create and manage long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.Customer Needs: Anticipate customer needs and provide relevant support materials and information on products.Field Engagement: Allocate at least 80% of your time to meet with key customers and external stakeholders.Coaching and Development
Talent Development: Collaborate with your team to develop activity plans for each account and key customer.Personal Growth: Continuously develop your competencies and skills in line with your personal development plan.Collaboration
Marketing Strategy: Implement and evaluate marketing strategies while providing feedback to the Portfolio/Brand Team.Ethical Standards: Uphold the highest ethical principles in accordance with local laws and SOPs.Reporting Structure
Reports To: Sales Manager Oncology BulgariaLocation: Plovdiv, BulgariaTravel: Approximately 80% of your time will be spent with customers.Education & Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare (Medical Doctor or Pharmacist preferred).2-3 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in oncology is a plus.Competencies:
