We are looking for Key Account Specialist, Thailand to join our DHL Global Forwarding team!
Position: Key Account Specialist - Japanese Customer
Reports to: Head of Sales and Marketing
Key Tasks: -
Executes global/regional sector strategy on country level (as aligned with global sector structure).Manage relationship with Japanese customers majority Sector: Automotive, Computer Components & parts, and Equipment & parts. Target Japanese Customers both Farming and Hunting new Customers.Location in EEC area, Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao and Industrial Estates. Wins, retains and develops Strategic Customers.Qualifications Requirements: -
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.At least 5-10 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.Good understanding of sector issues in the global forwarding industry and knowledge of DGF products (AFR/OFR) and business models; customer experience.Customer management experience.Ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationships.Well-developed communication and presentation skills.Must communicate in Japanese (Native)Communication in English (Fluent).Welcome!
