**Description** Kishigo, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Key Account Specialist for our location in Fountain Valley, CA. Kishigo is the authority in premium high visibility safety workwear, including vests, pants, jackets, flame resistant apparel, and accessories. The Key Account Specialist will support national and house accounts, providing daily direction and communication so that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. We seek to recruit and retain the right people who are passionate about our business, and we provide opportunities for our employees so that they may progress within our company based on their talents, experiences, and their aptitude. **_Responsibilities:_** + Assist sales management with customer relationship building, communications and customer responsiveness + Collaborate with the Sales team to develop account-specific strategies to meet revenue and growth targets + Execute customer projects assigned by management to research, create reports and provide customer details + Monitor account performance, sales trends, and KPIs; provide regular reporting and insights to Sales leadership + Elevate customer requests for new products, product data, marketing content, promotions, and general company communication + Liaison between customers and Kishigo internal departments - A/R, Purchasing, Customer Service, Transportation, Warehousing for communication of all relevant account information and problem resolution **_Requirements:_** + High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred + 2 or more years of experience within a Customer Service/Call Center environment + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving + Ability to multi-task using judgment, organizational and decision-making skills + Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights + Proficient in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel Kishigo CA salary range: $23.50 - $27.50 per hour based on experience, education and geographic location **So, what are you waiting for?
