Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key account(s) and categories, while upholding the adidas brand image and strategic objectives. We are seeking candidates for two distinct roles to support our Benelux lifestyle accounts: one role will focus on footwear, while the other role will concentrate on apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the internal ambassador for assigned key account(s), ensuring alignment and collaboration across all functions. Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts and categories and document through Account Fact Books. Support the development of account strategies, formalizing them by Strategic Account Plans and getting sign-off by the direct superior. Collaborate with the SKAM/Director to develop and formalize Account Marketing Plans, including sell-in and sell-out strategies. Monitor sell-out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and cost-efficient supply for the account Support negotiation and enforcement of adidas trade terms Track and report progress on own KPIs Monitor and report on customers and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance. Ensure customer compliance with all agreements. Ensure robust Go To Market plan and support within seasonal activations, brand campaigns and other applicable sell out drivers.

Buyers (across all accounts). Sales team. Respective BU’s. Trade Marketing & Brand Marketing. Sales & Business Planning. Customer Service. Credit Management. Finance.
KPI’s:
Market shares growth within assigned KA(s) and categories.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven experience in planning, selling and negotiating. Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation. Strong organisation skills, prioritisation & planning. Financial acumen in forecasting, planning, and execution. Strong industry knowledge, across divisions of footwear, apparel and accessories/equipment In depth understanding of local markets’ consumers, accounts, economic environment and commercial needs. Strategic thinking and implementation skills. Analytical mindset with the: ability to analyse data to improve strategic decision making and implementation. Creative direction and marketing plan execution. Leadership and coach abilities. Fluent in English & Dutch and/or French.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience within a Key Account Selling Environment. Degree in sports, a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Demonstrated sales experience ideally within the sport or retail sector.
