About the Role

The Key Account Manager will be in charge of the supervision, monitoring and development of the businesses that we have with a key client, which include:

Extended Warranty ProgramsOEM administrationBAIT (New mobile program)Remesas Program (Cash theft protection for people who receive cash from their contacts in USA)E-commerce projectInstallments project

Additionally, will lead the account executives and design strategies to keep the growth and engagement with the client.

How you will create an impact:

The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in driving the sales performance of extended warranty by ensuring the achievement of sales targets, closely monitoring daily indicators, and adapting to ongoing operational changes. This position is essential in maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of warranty sales through strategic planning and execution.

This position is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for incremental sales challenges and conversion rate improvement. The conversion rate is a key metric that reflects the proportion of eligible products that are successfully sold with an extended warranty. By analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth, the Key Account Executive develops data-driven strategies that enhance both revenue and customer satisfaction.

Another key responsibility includes the design and execution of sales campaigns for major commercial events such as Hot Sale, Back to School, and Buen Fin (Mexican Black Friday). These initiatives require in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and tailored promotional strategies to maximize sales impact.

Given the complexity and strategic importance of this role, the Key Account Manager is indispensable in ensuring sustained growth, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness within the extended warranty segment.

What you'll need to succeed:

Graduate or undergraduate degree in economic-administrative careers. Account management experienceKnowledge of affinity programs and/or personal insurance programs desired.Must be a team player, and have good time management, strategic planning, problem solving, execution and communication skills.  Strong negotiation skills, preferably in a sales role.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
