Key Account Manager Verquvo/Xarelto - Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d'Aosta (m/f) 

 

Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a strong and visionary Key Account Manager Verquvo/Xarelto (Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d'Aosta).

 

He/she will be responsible for driving company performance in defined territories for assigned brand(s) and meeting/exceeding sales targets, through achieving Sales Excellence KPIs, as well as developing strategic accounts in a multidisciplinary management of the patient journey from diagnosis to therapy. The role includes executing tailored HCP/HCO plans by applying Patient Focused Interactions standards to improve long-term relationships with target customer groups.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieve territory sales, growth, and product share targets for assigned brands, and support the development and implementation of diagnostic testing adoptionTrack performance through customer and business-related KPIsMap, identify, segment, and visit potential and actual customers for the product’s treatment area, reinforcing sales process results by developing strong relationships with relevant stakeholdersContinuously enriching customer understanding by capturing insights in the Sales Force CRM system, and leveraging technology, data, and insightsBe digitally savvy: use digital solutions to ensure a holistic customer experience and support data-driven decisionsExecute multichannel customer interactions, tailoring information based on HCP needs and preferences to build trust-based, long-term relationships, applying global Patient Focused Interaction (PFI) standardsArrange 1:1 scientific meeting and deliver effective presentations to HCP groups, communicating promotional messages developed in collaboration with the Marketing teamStay up to date with clinical data, brand strategies and tactics, the competitive landscape, and standard toolsPlan, orchestrate, and execute multi-channel customer engagements in defined territories aligned with national MCCP and district/account strategiesLeverage cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experienceContribute to the design, development, update, and implementation of tailored action plans for key customers in close collaboration with other internal functions (e.g., Marketing, Medical, Patient Access)Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet account needs, leading the territorial cross-functional team (without direct authority)Provide input and share customer feedback with the brand team to inform promotional campaignsMonitor and report on competitor activities to ensure awareness of market dynamics and inform counter strategiesCarry out all activities in compliance with local laws, company procedures, and the Farmindustria Code of Ethics

 

WHO YOU ARE:

Scientific Degree in biomedical sciences, chemical-pharmaceutical disciplines, or Scientific Information on Medicines; alternatively, documented experience as an ISF prior to 11/01/1993 (as per Legislative Decree no. 219 of 24 April 2006)At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing functions or as ISF with experience with hospital specialistsPrevious experience as KAM in Cardiorenal and Diabetes will be a plusStrong customer focus with the ability to anticipate needs and act with a business-oriented mindsetResults-driven, accountable, and highly self-motivatedAgile, adaptable, and able to navigate change effectivelyExcellent communication, networking, and organizational skillsIndependent yet collaborative, with a strong team spiritDigitally skilled with an omnichannel approachGood informatics skills and strong digital mindsetResidence or domicile and maximum availability to travel in the assigned territory Good knowledge of English
