Main objective / purpose of the role:
This position is responsible to achieve sales quotas within an assigned group of customers and to increase Stryker’s presence in the market through leveraging resources in the assigned territory.
List out the key responsibilities / outputs and its respective activities/input:
Implement sales activities and support local marketing activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal.
Support (Associate) Business Manager to formulate the sales plan and acitivites in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growh.
Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners (dealers), customers and key stakeholdersDevelop and maintain a key account information system to support & monitor performance of dealers
Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
Liaise with spot dealers to maximize success rate
Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues.
Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis
Functional Knowledge / Talents
Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:
Bachelor holder in medicine, medical, or sales and marketing related area
At least 4 years sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry
Proven record in channel management and key account management
