As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Healthcare team, with a focus on specialty care and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in hospital and specialty care settingsIdentify client needs and propose tailored solutions using IQVIA’s data, technology, and consulting capabilitiesLead business development initiatives and manage complex sales cyclesEngage with senior stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical directors, and procurement leadsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfactionOversee contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term account planning

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industryProven track record working with hospitals, specialty clinics, or public/private healthcare institutionsBachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)Strong understanding of specialty care areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, rare diseases)Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and healthcare decision-making structures
