Job summary – What to expect:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll manage seven key accounts, with sales between 15-20 million Euros, develop annual customer business plans, build, coordinate and lead cross-functional resources which add value for the customer, and keep a timely and accurate business planning tool using SO&P practices.
You’ll be a trusted partner and business advisor, building an excellent working relationship with the customer, and supporting them by developing an extensive contract strategy that includes buyer, controller, merchandising, marketing, store operations and supply chain.
You’ll use insight through data and fact-based rationale to support forecasts and plans for additional activity, and share key learnings with your team, as well as leading negotiations and supporting with onboarding of new clients where necessary.
Through all of this, you’ll help to deliver, ROI, profitability and overall category growth for our customers.

About you:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and driven sales professional, with over 3 years’ experience of managing Key Accounts. You’ll have demonstrable experience of building excellent relationships with key customers and delivering strong joint business plans.
In addition:
You’ll be able to think creatively and have the ability to challenge, influence, and build partnership relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.You’ll demonstrate commercial understanding, plus have a clear understanding of corporate vision and strategy, ROI, forecasting tools and financial evaluation toolsYou’ll be an effective change agent with a focus on category, quality and service excellence.You’ll have a high level of written and spoken English (C1-C2 level)
