**Your role at Clorox:**
We’re hiring a Key Account Manager based in Quito, Ecuador!
At Clorox, we’re looking for a results-driven professional to join our Commercial team and lead strategic relationships within the Modern Trade Channel.
This role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives by aligning with Clorox’s internal policies, core values, and Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing, and Shelving strategies.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Implement and ensure compliance with company commercial strategies across assigned accounts, continuously monitoring market dynamics to achieve profitable business objectives.
+ Lead and meet sales forecasts for assigned clients, including MSC (Market Share Contribution), NSC (Net Sales Contribution), and RR (Reduced Revenue) targets.
+ Drive the execution of AMPS strategies at the point of sale, overseeing the accurate implementation of pricing, planograms, and display guidelines. Ensure product coding and regular supply meet Clorox standards within assigned accounts.
+ Maintain deep market knowledge through continuous engagement with various channel partners to communicate insights and propose activities aligned with market needs.
+ Coordinate and supervise the efficient execution of channel promotional plans to ensure the achievement of annual objectives.

**What we look for:**
**Years and Type of Experience:**
+ 4+ years of sales experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, including a minimum of 1 year in direct Key Account Management.
+ Proven experience managing major retailers in specific regions, such as Mi Comisariato / Almacenes Tía (Guayaquil), Supermaxi / Supermercados Mega Santa María (Quito), and Coral (Cuenca).
**Skills and Abilities:**
+ Strong communication and presentation abilities (verbal and written)
+ Strategic thinking with solid analytical and financial acumen
+ Excellent planning, prioritization, and negotiation skills
+ Proven leadership and team management experience
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate English level
+ Experience in in-store and point-of-sale marketing
+ Proactive, collaborative, and self-motivated
+ Familiar with Modern Trade environments
+ Own transportation required
**Education Level/Degree:**
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent working experience.
