Key Account Manager OEM 

 

POSITION PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with Key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) clients within the radiology market. Role will be responsible for serving their needs and build long term partnerships and tailoring solutions to drive business outcomes.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cocreate (with P&P team) and implement Sales/budget plans to foster OEM business growth and enhance market share.Own execution excellence by establishing yourself as SPOC for all OEM related matters (Agreement, Sales, Service, operations, O2C)Closely work with Internal (Bayer Sales & Tender team) and external (OEM, Institutes, Tendering Authorities, ect.) stakeholders to win big tenderCollaborate with OEMs to design mutually accepted business model for neighboring countries (SL, NP, BG) and lead revenue generationDevelop transformation/Transition journey of the market towards connected deviceMap all India Team (Sales, Modality, Project & Service) of Various OEMs and Develop and lead strategic partnerships with key stake holders of major OEMsPlan regular promotional and training programs for above group from OEMs teams to create competitive edgeDevelop joint marketing/sales plans to increase market access/penetration and create brand pull for Bayer’s devicesDevelop CoE &PoC in collaboration with OEMs for high end injectors Implement/Execute OEM related initiatives developed by regional marketing teamElevate customer experience through seamless coordination with Customer Engagement (Business Operations Team) & Professional Services (Device Service) team.

WHO YOU ARE:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree: In Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldB2B Experience: Proven experience of over 10years in B2B sales, marketing, or business developmentMust have previous work experience with OEM relationship managementRadiology experience is a mustStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plansCommunication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsLeadership: Proven leadership and team management skills
