RESPONSIBILITIES / MISSIONS:

As a Key Account Manager, Sales, you report to the Head of KAM within a team of four people. Your objective is to ensure revenue growth and annual budget achievement for your Construction client portfolio, across all brands and categories.

Your responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Development

- Develop a personalized sales strategy for each client in accordance with the requirements of the sales and marketing department.
- Provide monthly and annual revenue forecasts by brand for your entire scope.
- Be responsible for SEO and aim to improve/optimize it.
- Be responsible for promotional activities (catalogs, trade operations) and their optimal distribution to your clients.

Negotiation & Action Plan

- Negotiate annual contracts by brand.
- Manage daily relationships and communication with all your brands' contacts.
- Coordinate the regional team's priority actions in conjunction with your clients and the relevant Sales Director.
- Define quarterly, annual, and three-year objectives for each of your clients.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

- Develop and contribute to forecasts and communicate them to managers and Commercial Finance Analysts.
- Be responsible for the P&L across all brands in your portfolio and work with the CFM (Commercial Financial Manager) team on offers.

Link with the Field

- Communicate with regional sales teams to provide information on commercial news/priorities and also monitor your agreements and negotiations in the field using the group's tools.
- Organize regular guided tours to support teams in assigned tasks related to your business.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

- Master's degree (BAC+5) and at least 5 years of experience in National Key Accounts
- Meticulous and with good analytical skills
- You are autonomous and have an entrepreneurial spirit, recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to communicate and convince
- You have good skills in analyzing and interpreting commercial and financial data
- You are fluent in English
