Key Account Manager (Modern Trade) - Nestlé Professional
**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Bangkok Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Nestle Professional Full-time Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Key Account Manager position from FMCG industry or B2B Food industry with Good English & Thai communication is a must **A DAY IN THE LIFE...** + Develops the customer plans by defining clear activations and tactics that are aligned to the Picture of Success and key initiatives + Is able to partner in a joint business planning (JBP) process by collaborating with the customer to develop and establish mutually agreed business objectives and plans with shared responsibility. + Takes the lead by influencing the customer agenda towards Nestlé initiatives (e.g. OOH consumption category growth projects, pricing, promotion, placing initiatives, new product launches and in-store communication). + Proactive with drive and determination to achieve, able to turn challenges and setbacks into opportunities. + Identify new market opportunities for increased sales and margins in the area of Modern Trade account. + Collaborate with internal teams to maximize account performance and profitability. + Take the lead team directly customer contact across all relevant functions (e.g. Merchandiser, Purchasing, R&D, QA). + Effectively utilize and control, as well as properly record spending based on category and brand plans. + Work with the customer buyer to improve the operation effectiveness, develop category and generate the business opportunity. + Daily follow-up sales figures vs the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out on SAP and/or customer's B2B system. + Make regular store visits in line with the route plan to ensure effective implementation and timely solutions for in field operations problems. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Key Account Manager position from FMCG industry, B2B Food industry + Experience in managing more than 8 accounts. + Familiar with data analyzing programs such as Makro MSP, Nielsen, Global Data and etc. + Good command in English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications) + Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, and negotiation skills + Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target
