Mondelez International in Denmark is the home of famous brands such as Marabou and Toblerone. We are now looking for a key senior leadership role within our Commercial organisation.

Based at our site in Brøndby, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) Lead role to sit on our Danish Leadership Team. The KAM Lead will lead all key accounts across Denmark. Jointly with our marketing and category teams you will work with defining, creating and delivering our commercial plans across all channels in Denmark. You are the owner of our commercial G2M strategies and lead our team to create strong cross functional partnerships with our customers.

How you will contribute

You will:

Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.Define and execute the strategy for the customers and channels.Lead the key account team to achieve great results.Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan)Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations.Support in the creation, definition and deployment of plans to maximise growth with in DenmarkBe a member of the Danish Lead Team, reporting to the Country Lead for Denmark.

In depth experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCGHigh level of managing, leading and coaching teams including leading managers of othersHigh strategic ability to understand the big picture and turn insights into actionsAbility to create & develop long-term customer relationships and drive changeExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; excellent understanding of business financials – P&LDeep understanding of the Danish retail landscapeFluency in Danish and English is requiredA data driven approach and analytical mindsetEducated to degree or equivalent within business or other relevant area of study

We are looking for a KAM Lead to join our Sales team in Denmark and lead our team of Key Account Managers.

Our ideal candidate has an ambition towards results-oriented commercial work and the strategic agility to understand the needs of our business and of your customers and channels. You will own and develop our sales strategy, planning and execution across all of our customers and channels. You will lead a team of experienced Key Account Managers and it is your responsibility that you and your team together deliver the expected company targets. As a manager you will make sure that your team has the right set of tools & capabilities to develop strong customer relationships and to drive business growth. You will work closely with our category planning & field sales functions to ensure the best implementation of our sales strategy across different categories, channels and in-store environments.
