Key Account Manager - Land and Sea Based Solutions

Our company, the global leader in animal identification, monitoring, and traceability solutions, is looking for a Key Account Manager – Land and Sea-Based Aquaculture Solutions to join our visionary EURAM team (Europe, Russia, and Middle East)!

As our Key Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind expanding our land and sea-based aquaculture technology solutions across the region. You’ll combine strategic insight with hands-on sales expertise to build lasting customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute the EURAM sales strategyAchieve and exceed sales targets through direct sales, negotiation, and relationship managementLead pricing decisions and local marketing initiativesEngage directly with customers — spending at least 50% of your time face-to-faceProvide technical support, user training, and after-sales serviceMap new markets and uncover growth opportunities in the land-based and well boat sectorsRepresent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and conferencesMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay aheadContribute to promotional content and product development projects

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in enterprise sales, preferably with consultative or strategic selling experienceRelevant education in aquaculture, engineering, or businessStrong leadership and team-building skillsDeep knowledge of the aquaculture industry and technical product expertiseFluent in English, with willingness to travel within EURAM, fluency in Norwegian will be a big plusSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent at building trust and rapport with customersOrganized, analytical, and a great communicator with a positive, collaborative attitude
