Key Account Manager KSA

Job Description

1) Relationship Management

•Develop and nurture relationships with key customers such as retailers and distributor.

•Act as the primary point of contact between the company, distributor and the key accounts.

•Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

2)Sales and Revenue Growth

•Drive sales growth within the assigned key accounts by identifying new business opportunities.

•Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing sales strategies tailored to the needs of each key account.

3) Strategic Planning

•Develop account plans for each key customer, focusing on long-term goals and maximizing sales potential.

•Align the company’s business objectives with the customers needs and strategies.

•Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance against sales goals and adjust strategies as needed.

4)Market and Competitor Analysis

•Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the consumer appliances & tools market.

•Analyze competitors and propose strategies to maintain or grow market share.

•Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the product offerings align with market demand.

5) Product and Solution Expertise

•Understand the product portfolio of consumer appliances and be able to present solutions tailored to key accounts’ needs.

•Gather feedback on products and relay customer insights to the product development and marketing teams.

6)Collaboration with Internal Teams

•Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and product management teams to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of customer needs.

•Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support.

7)Forecasting and Reporting

•Forecast demand for key accounts and work with inventory management to ensure stock levels meet customer requirements.

•Track sales performance against KPIs and provide insights on ways to optimize account profitability.
