Job Description

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager with proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects to join our Industry division in Europe.
**What is the job about?**
As Key Account Manager – EPC, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with major EPC firms across Europe. You will act as the primary point of contact for EPC-related business, ensuring that Grundfos solutions are specified and integrated into large-scale industrial projects.
You will:
+ Lead the development of EPC-focused market strategies and account plans.
+ Drive sales growth by identifying and securing opportunities within EPC projects.
+ Serve as the internal EPC expert, guiding sales teams and distributors on best practices and project requirements.
+ Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing to tailor solutions for EPC clients.
+ Ensure profitability and ROI on large-scale EPC opportunities.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement a penetration plan to increase Grundfos’s share of wallet within EPC accounts.
+ Provide both commercial and technical support tailored to EPC project needs.
+ Train and coach distributor teams to grow EPC-related business.
+ Collect and analyze EPC market intelligence to inform strategy.
+ Secure sales on large EPC opportunities by demonstrating clear ROI for end users.
+ Represent Grundfos at EPC industry events and product launches.
**About you**
You thrive in a matrix organization and excel at building long-term relationships with complex stakeholders. You are persistent, collaborative, and adaptable, with a strong customer focus.
We imagine you have:
+ Extensive experience working with EPC projects, ideally in a technical sales or account management role.
+ A background in engineering, automation, or process industries, or a commercial degree combined with deep technical sales experience.
+ Experience in a large international organization.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex industrial applications.
+ Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
