What you’ll doIn this role you will be responsible for the commercial, customer related activities in SLE in the West & Central/West of Switzerland, including promotional brand activities, product related physician and healthcare professional education. You will coordinate the activities with and for the key customers of the region within and across a cross-functional team, integrating input from Marketing, Medical and Market Access. We are looking for a candidate that lives customer service and patient orientation and can orchestrate activities across multiple channels based on customer preference and business needs. You are a doer and leverage deep customer and patient insights to ensure our patient centric approach. You can integrate business insights and numbers from excel sheets together with your intuition and customer knowledge into winning strategies and tactics.
Other responsibilities include:Acquiring and demonstrating a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Understand collaborative HCP networks and become a trusted partner and advisor
Expand existing and develop new relationships with key customers by continuously offering solutions that meet their needs and objectives
Apply marketing and medical assets and campaigns for your customer engagement plans in digital and F2F communication
Capture and analyse local and regional needs and collaborate with other field functions and in-office colleagues to develop and offer suitable solutions and information materials
Develops ideas in co-operation with customers and implement customer facing projects that add-value to patient care and improve treatment pathways
Essential for the role
Demonstrated pharma sales and/or marketing experience
Prior therapy area experience desired
Good strategic and analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with different commercial and digital channels
Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge in market ethical rules
Excellent French language skills, English and German skills are also required
