Key Accountabilities:
Execute the pleated bag strategy, get the breakthrough of IAF full portfolio to the target industries like Pharmaceutics, Food, Chemical as well as most challenging bag filter application like Bulk Material Handling with aggressive and effective actions to achieve the pleated bag business success through China.Prepare sales plan and implement sales strategy in the target industries and application.Explore and develop new pleated bag business opportunities to target industries and identified key accounts based on the plan to develop new accounts and build up strong relationship.Provide the best competitive solution based on the problem of customers suffering.Propose product transfer or new product development program based on pleated bag business development plan.Achieve the sales targets by searching marketing needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner.Upgrade the image & influence of bag filter committee in the local market. Establish, develop and maintain the distribution and OEM sales network on the target industries.Enhance the relationship with the local reputable design institutes, contractors and engineering companies.Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback and activity plan and other reports as required.Use CRM to manage daily job.Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
Bachelor graduate or aboveTechnical Competence & Skills:
Process expertise in target industries like bulk material handling, Chemical, food& pharm etc.Strong industrial and business development capabilitiesStrong knowledge and skills on dust collection application and serviceAggressive approach by value selling capabilities.Leadership Competence:
Good communication, hardworking, and fast learningSelf-motivatedRelevant Experience:
5+ years sales experience in industrial products and engineering5+ years working experience on dust filtration /bag collector.Broad and strong relationship with top companies of bag collector or/and target industries.Good relationship and development experience to OEMs, design institutes, contractors and engineering company in the target industries.Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
