Sets up and implements GKA strategies in coordination with FAE, Product Manager and other internal company resources
Identifies business opportunities at defined customers and materialize opportunities into real business
Develops new design-in and design-win projects
Coordinates technical, logistic and customer claim issues
Deals with pricing, payment and commercial issues
Cooperates with Product Manager for customer offer preparation and for the definition of new products according to customer requirements
Maintains sales information platform (CRM) through data (timeline and cost) gathering, checking, inputting and report generating
Communicates frequently with GKA Team in headquarters
Assesses competitive environment
Support budgeting process
Propose individual annual goal and fulfill the goal
Maintain good customer relationship
University degree, major in drive technology or power electronics is preferred
At least 5 years sales experience in sales, preferably in selling power electronics devices
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good customer relationship management ability
Good ability of setting up sales strategy
Fluent in written and spoken English and mandarin Chinese
Willing to travel extensively
