Il s'agit de particuliers et de professionnels, parmi lesquels des distributeurs de pièces automobiles, des réparateurs, des centres automobiles, des hypermarchés, des e-commerçants et le réseau de garages Bosch Car Service.

Description du poste

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development: Understand and implement strategies that align with market trends and company objectives.Market Analysis: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and specialists (e.g., battery and bus specialists) to drive sales and customer satisfaction.Negotiation: Lead negotiations and deployment of commercial agreements with the support of management (MA/SFR).Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including product portfolio expansion, geographical growth, and assortment optimization.CRM Utilization: Utilize Bosch CRM for potential analysis, opportunity management, and documentation of meeting minutes (both physical and virtual).Implementation of Agreements: Facilitate the local implementation of international agreements where applicable.Tender Management: Respond to local tenders by collaborating with key stakeholders, including international teams, local teams, marketing, finance, and business units.Financial Oversight: Ensure compliance with the financial frameworks of commercial agreements, including bonuses and value-added services (VAS).Compliance and Monitoring: Monitor competition and adhere to compliance rules and internal processes, utilizing Bosch sales tools for budget forecasting and market potential analysis.Performance Metrics: Achieve business development key performance indicators (KPIs) such as timely task delivery, autonomy, creativity, process application, networking, and customer trust building.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

Innovative Development: Co-develop and implement innovative approaches for business growthOpportunity Studies: Conduct studies to identify new business opportunities.Event Organization: Plan and execute local customer events.Statistical Analysis: Monitor statistics and budget adherence.

 

QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering.Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in both French and English; ability to present effectively to top management and large audiences.Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to develop mutually beneficial solutions.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adept at using digital tools.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings.Additional Languages: Proficiency in another European language is a plus.Personal Attributes: Flexible, autonomous, highly efficient, collaborative, innovative, results-oriented, strategic thinker with a positive and competitive attitude. Strong sense of responsibility and anticipation, with a focus on teamwork and international perspectives.International Experience: Experience abroad (studies and/or professional) is appreciated.
