Make a difference as Key Account Manager – Texture & Healthful Solutions (Thailand Food Business)
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving commercial growth in the beverage, confectionery, and sweet categories. You will deliver Ingredion’s Texture & Healthful Solutions by building strong customer partnerships, co-creating innovative solutions, and achieving business objectives through cross-functional collaboration and market insight.


What you will do :

Develop and manage strategic key accounts in beverage, confectionery, and sweet categories

Create and execute account plans aligned with Ingredion’s Texture & Healthful Solutions strategy

Lead pricing actions, contract negotiations, and customer retention programs

Partner with marketing, technical, and innovation teams to deliver customer-preferred solutions

Organize and present at roadshows, presentations, and tradeshows to showcase Ingredion’s capabilities

Provide consultative selling support during product development and commercialization processes

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Maintain accurate records and project tracking using CRM tools such as Salesforce


What you will bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in selling food ingredients

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Valid driving license with no major offenses
