Your responsibilities + Responsible and accountable for increasing the market share of all divisions and the a/m Groups under responsibility over Mobile/Industrial market customers within territory (Turkey). + Building and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by directing the necessary Parker resources to meet customer needs and solutions on a global basis. + Responsible for defining and deploying Groups & Divisions growth plans with sales Teams in line with the EMEA Group strategies and cooperation with other internal departments. + Identifies technology, growth trends, and forecasts in market segments and report regularly. + Effective management of the key customer accounts on an unified, multi-Group basis in order to develop solutions for customer needs and to maximize sales and exceed customer expectation while defending current business. Who we are looking for + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and preffered min. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position. + Strong analytical & strategic thinking skills, curious and able to work in a highly agile environment. + Knowledge of market and technology trends, preferably fluid power products portfolio. + Technical knowledge of hydraulics and/or electromechanics will be considered as an asset. + Strong interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and networking skills. + Excellent verbal/written communication in English presentation skills, effective usage Salesforce CRM and MS office tools. + Ability and willingness to deploy virtual selling and ability to travel. + Dynamic, curious and proactive for a multi-tasking job environment.
