The Opportunity
This position works out of our Fergana location in the EPD Division.
As the Key Account manager, you’ll be responsible for evolving relationship with pharmacy chains in Fergana, Andijan, Namangan and to ensuring the growth of the share of clients.
What You’ll Do
Management and development of relationships with key clients (pharmacy chains)
Conducting negotiations with key clients and concluding marketing agreements in accordance with established company goals
Ensuring an effective level of product penetration
Creation and maintenance of effective inventory in pharmacy chains
Maintaining and monitoring compliance with displays in pharmacy chains
Conducting trainings and educational programs for staff of pharmacy chains and medical representatives
Drawing up individual development plans for key clients
Providing administrative support to clients: preparation of documents, including contracts
Ensuring the implementation of brand promotion strategies in pharmacy chains
Providing communication between the marketing function in the company, key clients and external service
Requirements for candidates:
Higher education
Negotiation skills and persuasion of clients
Experience working with key clients of pharmacy chains: 1-2 years, knowledge of key clients (pharmacy chains)
Budget management experience
Inventory management at points of sale, category management, merchandising
Proactivity, team player, result oriented
Good Excel skills
Analytical and communication skills
