**Job Description Summary** Key Account Manager is responsible for East Siberia+ part of Far east based in one of Siberian city , region creating and winning sales opportunities for their products in an assigned territory. Lead Key Account Manager may work individually in a territory, or where applicable act as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Lead Key Account Manager is responsible to establish and continuously develop the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned accounts and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers. Lead Key Account Manager is the clinical and sales expert for his/her assigned products and is expected to be able to differentiate GE’s product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, lead the opportunity, qualify the customer needs, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers’ clinical/technical/process questions in order to successfully close increasingly complex clinical/technical/solution sales. **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** + Key Account Manager is responsible for:· Achieving product orders and sales OP target· Participating in ensuring pricing compliancefor segment opportunities and providinginformative input to optimize pricing strategy· Forecast orders and sales within theapplicable sales funnel tools and reports for theirproducts/solutions/services· Creating business plans for assignedterritories including, but not limited toopportunity development, competitive strategiesand targets.· Building strong business relationships andformulating account strategies and plans tocontinuously strengthen the relationships withclients. Identifying & responding to key accounttechnical and departmental decision makers’needs and maintain customer contact records inthe relevant CRM tools.· Continuously developing and improving anetwork of key opinion leaders to maintain a salesvolume within assigned territory.· Tracking and communicating market trendsto/from the field including competitor data, anddeveloping and leading effective counter-strategies.· Maintaining up to date detailed knowledge ofthe product. Be able to present and discuss thetechnology and clinical benefits in terms whichare relevant to customers.· Maintaining up to date market and competitorknowledge related to theirproduct/solutions/services.· Representing the company at relevantconferences and exhibitions for effectivepromotion of product/solution and the company.· Introducing new GE Healthcare products tothe customers.· Participating in the development of pricingstrategy.· Identifying and creating new opportunitiesand working with clients to continuously increaseprospect funnel within assigned territory.· Driving tender/bid process.· Creating and maintaining opportunities in theapplicable sales funnel tool and/or CRM tools.· Ownership of order and configuration qualityat the point of entry to ensure accuracy,configuration integrity and that all requirementsare tied to documented customer inputs.· Coordinating date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules ensuring fulfillment of the order is according to customer expectations and enhances customer satisfaction. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years ofselling experience in a medical, healthcare ortechnical field (e.g. biomedical engineering,chemistry) or Life Sciences field· Ability to develop and build rapports at alllevels within an organization· Strong capacity and drive to develop career· English Upper Intermediate· Fluent Russian language· Ability to synthesize complex issues andcommunicate in simple messages· Excellent organizational skills· Excellent negotiation & closing skills· Strong presentation skills· Able to travel, 60% time· Valid motor vehicle license **Additional Information** **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
