It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **Job Description** The Digital & eCommerce Manager will be a driving force to further build the BIC brand footprint on-line and grow the business, partnering with our wide range of customers and partners to always gain value and share from the market. Manager will work ruthlessly on developing our digital commercial channels, while ensuring our brands are always winning throughout the consumer journey and ending in an online purchase experience. This role is expected to have a big impact on the digital business performance, while also on the education, evangelization and development of our strategic partnerships to ensure we all grow together. Experiment constantly strategies and actions that will delight consumers at every click and will improve our value proposition for online shoppers, working in hand with our clients, agencies and partners to accelerate the growth pace of the digital business while providing insights, inspiration and results to the whole organization on what drives the online sales and make big bets behind it. **What You’ll Do:** + Accelerate the sales of BIC in e-commerce: ensure the right presence, manage assortment, content, pricing, price promotion on e-com platforms. + Managing the implementation and maintenance of SPARC framework to excel in digital shelf management. + Animate sales with Search and Promotional / Conversion campaigns + Actively monitor BIC performance against KPIs and prioritize areas of improvement : + Manage sales development with pure players, market places, eTailers + Collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics, supply and demand teams to align objectives + Set the right data sources, tools and practices to build a data centric culture that have constant + Measurement & Evaluation of what we do in digital commerce considering COE best practices/alignment + Help drive awareness and educate the organization on E-commerce culture and tools as we move toward digital transformation. **Projects You’ll Work On:** + Influence and maintain Ecom in top of mind of key stakeholders. + Ecom & digital world is always changing, you need to keep up to date. + Colaborate with all areas to be able to move forward and find solutions. + Always look for creative and more profitable way of work, optimize time and priorities. **What We’re Looking For In You:** + University degree in relevant field, i.e.e-commerce, digital marketing, or business + Digital Business Graduate Programs. + 4-6 year experience in the digital arena. Proven successful ecommerce experience and retail media. + Experience with eCommerce, website systems, digital media planning and measurements. + Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads. + Interest and ability to navigate through various digital marketing tools and technology. + Media buying experience mainly Amazon Ads, MeLi Ads, WM Connect, Google, eCommerce fundamentals. + Analytical and creative problem-solving skills. + Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish (advanced level). + Energy and passion for achievement of own commitments and delivering company objective. + Respect others and manage diversity with regards to different cultures, profiles and management styles. + Consistently manage projects and meet deadlines as per expectations, excellent organizational skills are mandatory. + Influencing skills (internal teams and external agencies). + Pay attention to details. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. + Hands on, strong organization.
