**Meaningful Work From Day One:**
The Key Account Manager DSD is responsible for establishing an excellent long-term relationship with the assigned accounts. You must develop business plans that allow us to achieve growth in sales and distribution as well as in profits, always thinking in the short and long term. Lead the accounts to achieve an impeccable execution of the strategy and commercial tactics, establishing a close collaboration with both the key personnel of the clients and with the internal team of B-F. Responsible for achieving the objectives of the DSD channel and detecting and exploiting market opportunities.
**What You Can Expect:**
+ Propose business development plans, based on the experience and knowledge of the territory in charge, the operational characteristics of the Business Partner, and the strategic objectives of Brown-Forman.
+ Implement together with the Commercial Partners the execution of the plans, JBP, and programs defined in the commercial agenda that ensure the achievement of objectives.
+ Control and ensure the correct execution of the resources assigned under the policies and guidelines established by Brown-Forman, and if necessary, carry out in coordination with Trade Marketing the reallocation of resources based on market needs, seeking to maximize the benefit for Brown-Forman.
+ Manage and coordinate the development of Business Partners, monitoring compliance with established standards and policies, and protecting the interests of the company.
+ Coordinate with the Brown-Forman Logistics area on the correct delivery, minimum volumes, and frequency of orders to improve profitability.
+ Follow up on the credit status of Business Partners to guarantee a healthy portfolio that allows the flow of orders placed in conjunction with the Finance area of Brown-Forman.
+ Monitor competition activities, promotions, prices, activations, etc., and report to your immediate boss promptly. Together, take quick and appropriate actions to mitigate the impact on our brands.
+ Visit the Sales/Distribution Centers of the commercial partners frequently to monitor the departure of routes with the sales force of the commercial partners, validate saturation and execution in POS, detect anomalies, and/or market needs.
+ Identify sales opportunities through regular market visits.
+ Implement actions to ensure compliance with the sales budget, distribution objectives, and execution at the point of sale assigned to their area of responsibility.
+ Training for the Sales Force of Business Partners.
+ Evaluate the performance of Business Partners to maintain them or propose alternatives for new Partners or extension of territories to current Partners.
+ Generate 360-degree proposals to grow the business of both Brown-Forman and business partners. Search and detect opportunities.
+ Knowledge in Compliance. Our policies and codes of conduct serve to connect our values to the work we do every day.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other.
+ Minimum of 3 years in similar positions (Sales or regional Manager in distribution centers of mass consumption companies).
+ Databases, information systems and Advanced Excel (office package)
+ Development of business plans (JBP).
+ General administration, promotion development and product launch, marketing, project management, marketing and sales.
+ Knowledge of the DSD channel.
+ Reading of Nielsen and Iscam.
+ Work in a team and under pressure.
+ Excellent oral and written communication, communication with impact (storytelling).
+ Leadership, initiative, and proactivity.
+ Negotiation.
+ Orientation to results, analysis, ability to make decisions, and solve problems.
+ Shopper Activation Experience.
+ Key customer management.
