About the role

The Key Account Manager is responsible for delivering growth objectives of EUM Beverage and will establish and maintain relationships with selected customers, both local and global.

The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with the local business culture and capable of building strong relationships to effectively understand customer needs and promote the key value propositions of Kerry’s product portfolio.

 

Key responsibilities Drive growth to achieve or surpass targets and strategic objectives within assigned accounts. Apply a menu insight–driven selling approach tailored to customer and consumer needs. Identify growth opportunities and develop robust commercial account plans. Implement account plans effectively, ensuring alignment with the internal resource network. Manage the project pipeline from initiation through to successful commercialization. Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts. Oversee and coordinate interactions with all customer stakeholders, including R&D, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing (Procurement and Supply Chain), and Operations. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Kerry personnel—including Supply Chain, Customer Service, R&D, Marketing, and Management—to strengthen relationships, deliver account objectives, and exceed customer expectations.

 

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:

Achieve assigned sales targets in designated strategic accounts. Meet assigned expectations for profitability and performance. Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management. Complete strategic customer account plans that meet Kerry standards. Manage project pipeline.

 

Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Food Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial role within the Food & Beverage, Flavours, or Ingredients industry. Strong project management skills, with proven ability to lead and inspire project teams. Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP would be an advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix-driven environment.
