Key Deliverables
• Build strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry stakeholders and vendors (AFCS, System Integrators, ITMs) to drive new business.
• Build relationship with key decision makers in the accounts- Middle and Senior management, including CXOs
• Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts though effective account management, along-with retention of the existing revenue
• Participate in RPFs/Tenders for State Govt. and Central Govt. projects and lead project discussions with partners and vendors
• Co-ordinate with the cross functional teams, both internally (Product, Finance, Banking Operations etc) and externally (Partners, Vendors, Clients, etc) to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery.
• Ensure the account business target achievement on: Gross Transaction Value, Revenues, New Account identification and Churn control
