What will you do:Drive Sales for the territory of AP & Telangana from Govt. Accounts.Growing and developing existing clients through account specific growth strategiesBuilding strategic relationships with major customers & delivering high value to customers with an objective to have loyal and long lasting customers.Playing an integral role in new business pitches to the C-Suite/Senior Executives & Group Purchasing OrganizationsBeing a central, pivotal point of contact for the Key AccountsDriving alignment within the whole organization to implement a customer based mode of operation for delivering highest quality of servicesChampion and Own the Account on following aspects – Strategy, Business Model, Order to Cash Cycle, Product Usage, Product Challenges – Customer Expectations vs Product Capabilities, Customer Value creation and Total Solutions ApproachCommunicating Account strategy via Business Plan to align Senior leadership within Stryker and mobilize resources as needed

What you need

5 plus yrs of experience into managing Govt key accounts.Postgraduate in sales & Marketing will be preferred

Travel Percentage: 50%
