1. 核心职责
客户关系管理负责与医院管理部门、药剂科等关键客户建立长期合作关系，推动产品在医院端的准入与运营安全。需定期拜访客户，积极洞察其在医疗相关方面未被满足的潜在需求，针对性制定并执行市场计划，及时追踪进展并持续反馈，提供定制化解决方案。
学术推广与项目执行
通过执行中央项目在区域落地，主导搭建区域准入平台，提升公司在医疗领域的专业影响力。
跨部门协作
与销售、市场部等跨部门协作，推动区域整体准入达成及市场策略落地。
政策与合规管理
密切关注医保政策、带量采购等行业动态，确保推广活动符合国家法规和公司合规要求。
2. 任职要求
医药相关专业本科及以上学历至少2年以上KA经验3. 能力特点销售敏锐度客户细分和定位客户与市场洞察客户互动产品知识和产品线管理市场准入市场管理Current Employees apply HERE
