About the Role
Join our commercial team in Hamburg as a Key Account Manager, focusing on growing accounts within the German Off trade and Wholesale Open Market.
Responsibilities include:
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.Negotiation & Contract Management: Preparing, conducting, implementing and controlling annual negotiations and agreements in alignment with Trade Terms and the National Group Account ManagerPerformance Monitoring: Track account performance against targets. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Innovation & Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands while maintaining our internal KPI’sAbout You
