POSITION SUMMARY:
\n\n\nThe role will have a Customer focus, strong program management methodology, a clear understanding of all aspects of commercial contracts and have the authority, within Gilbarco, to communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels and for all aspects relating to these programs. This role will require strong administrative skills and an attention to detail that meets the reporting requirements of a key account. They will also require knowledge and understanding of Gilbarco Veeder-Root systems, policies, procedures, and personnel from GVR, Third Party Suppliers and Overseas Affiliates.
\n\n\nThe role will report to the European Sales Director, Retail Solutions and will have the authority, as delegated, to issue instructions and requests for information to internal associates regarding the performance and implementation of Customer Programs.
\n\n\n\nThe role will conduct regular customer meetings as detailed in the supply contracts and co-ordinate performance reports. The role will chair all scheduled meetings and regularly operate from within the customer organisation to better align their requirements with GVR.
\n\n\n\nThe role will look to problem solve with a call to action where they have the ability to resolve contract issues, influence and provide customer responses in a timely manner.
\n\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\n\nKey responsibilities of the role, include:
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Work with Retail Solutions, Aftermarket, Operations, Finance, FBS, CEO & Commercial Teams to ensure effective implementation of account plans, opportunity plans and programs.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWork with Customer Stakeholders to deliver all key program metrics.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHarmonize Customer requirements, supervise response to Customer tenders as well as quotation for cross national opportunities
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbility to focus and improve E2E supply chain, that gives the customer greater confidence in ensuring that product demand time lines are achieved.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nProvide Implementation Forecasts and planning numbers to ensure successful program delivery.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBuild strong customer relationships and service ethic that ensures GVR develops and maintains a distinct competitive advantage across the customer organisation.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCarry out analysis of agreed Monthly reports to provide comment and identify improvement opportunities required to deliver exceptional performance, minimise unfavourable cost trends, and provide this to the Contract Steering Committee.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAnalyse program performance statistics and resolve any issues on performance with internal and external stakeholders.
\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAchieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
