**In this role, you have the opportunity to:**
+ Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology.
**You are responsible for:**
+ Development key accounts business with channel share gain.
+ Design account strategy from initiate to execution include portfolio/promotion .
+ Create and implement action programs for and with the key accounts to improve the performance of Philips
+ Initialize and coordinate all Philips’ efforts in the accounts to maximize the output of the sales group.
+ Cooperate with local sales team to deliver the excellent instore execution under in-direct model
+ Systematically analyze sales results, market, competition
**You are a part of:**
The Omni sales team within Philips Personal Health portfolio.
You will report to Key Account head and collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing,Finance,Supply Chain
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or above
+ 5+ years’ experience in Key account management.
+ Experience in building and executing strategy in key account management.
+ Work experience in multinational companies is preferred.
+ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Strong category management skill, deep understanding of channel insight and shopper insight
+ Experienced one of CRV/RT-Mart/Yonghui/Costco
