Key Account Manager

As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Key Account Manager with strong business acumen, a results-driven mindset, and a passion of building lasting customer relationships.

Your Role

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the automotive industryUnderstand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalationsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market shareIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutionsForecast sales volumes, monitor performance against targets, and report on sales activities and outcomesNegotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both partiesEnsure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growthStay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact client accountsCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectivesProvide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insightsPrepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance for management reviewAnalyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and recommend corrective actions as needed
