Key Account Manager
Job Purpose:Manage, control and develop the overall Customer engagement of assigned portfolio. Develop business development strategies/activities in accordance with the Group's business strategy and local Business enviroment to deliver profitable growth and service excellence. Support Global/Regioanl Sector initiatives and drive the engagement of both internal and external stake holders with a clear Account Development plan.

Main AccountabilitiesCustomerProvide customer orientated service at all times relating to sales and operation issues.Plan and co-ordinate national sales activities to retain and develop sustaining sales revenueDrive/support development of new/innovation service or value creation as part of continious development to meet customers' needsTo drive and manage profitable growth with the assigned customer

StakeholderIdentify and develop relationship with Customer contacts, including but not limited to decision makers, coaches, gatekeepers, influencersWork with third party service providers like packing companies, carriers, truckers or shipping lines for special projectsWork with other DHL divisions for end-end supply chain solutions and collaborationsWork with countries and internal departments such as Products, VAS, Finance, First Choice, BPO, IT and Implementation to satisfy customers' needs and ensure service continuityCoach and work closely with virtual team - Dictrict/Branch/Sales and Business Support ManagersRegular Performance Dialouge with Regional RAD/Sector Heads and BSMsMeasurement Criteria / KPIsExisting customer retention & continued patronageDeveloping new revenue and profitable growthTimely settlement of customer issues and disputesExceed agreed sales and related targetseg Pipelines, Sales calls etcRFI/RFQ ResponseRelationship MappingEnd to End solutionSales & Product CollaborationVirtual Team ManagementRequirements

3 to 5 years in the logistics or forwarding IndustryLeast 2 years in dealing with Major Accounts on a country level.Relevant experience in International supply chain will be an advantage
Educational QualificationsDegree Holder, relevant post graduate qualification will be an advantageFluent use of English (both written and spoken)Competent Computer skills required.
