Where You’ll Make a Difference

Achieve Sales Target by managing selected accounts, distributors, and explore new business with strategic focusProvide market insights to the company for the responsible marketsIdentify, predict and create selected accounts’ needs on new products, and advanced existing products with good business sense and cases through presenting a metrics of market trends and analysis, costs benefit and enhancement of brand integrityEstablish and execute account management strategy, forecast, planning and budgetingBe a competent partner internally & externally – an expert for the Chinese market and technical knowledge relevant to company productsLead and manage projects to ensure that they meet deadlines and customer’s requirement by working closely with technical, consumer research and regional teamManage the supplier-customer relationship through intensive network, providing client services in terms of problem solving on commercial issues, and being a business partnerPrepare sales report and account analysis  

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Food Science or relevantAt least 3 years of sales, account or business management in flavor companyProven experience in managing key accounts and business development in the assigned scopeGood interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externallyAccepts 50% travel frequency

Knowledge of the beverage businesses is preferredAble to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrates respect for peopleDemonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skillsDemonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving
