**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Job Title:** Key Account Manager (KAM) – MDS **Location:** Hanoi, Vietnam **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive access and adoption of our Medical Delivery Solution portfolios in Hanoi, Vietnam. The KAM will engage with key decision-makers (KOLs), collaborate with Internal cross function, Line manager, and external distributors, to mitigate risks and to ensure timely product availability. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets in strategic accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Maximize Access to Key Portfolios:** Ensure the inclusion and adoption in strategic accounts. + **Engage with Key Decision-Makers:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in accounts to drive product adoption and tender inclusion. + **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with Line manager, Clinical specialists and distributor sales teams to develop and execute aligned account strategies. + **Mitigate Risks:** Identify and address potential issues to ensure timely product availability and reduce reliance on contributions from the assigned territory. + **Drive Sales Growth:** Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. + **Market Analysis:** Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly. + **Reporting:** Provide regular reports on account activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in business, preferable Nursing related, Health sciences, or related field. + Experience in managing strategic account in Hanoi. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sale management, preferably in the hospital across departments. + Be able to reach out and influence Key Decision Makers + Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product adoption in the healthcare/Laboratory sector. + Strong understanding of the medical device market and regulatory environment in Vietnam. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to travel across South region, and across country. + Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working with Laboratory, medical school, hospital.
