**Working with us gives you great opportunity to lead and drive the business of the branded channel by working with various teams in local, APAC and global.**
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Lead the business of Korea BU’s LCS (LEGO Certified Store) to bring the LEGO Group and BU strategy alive in the market.
+ Develop and drive the account strategy including customer development, store development and implementation plan of global initiatives, and yearly activation plan to achieve the goal of the company for the growth.
+ Manage LCS business to deliver commercial results against monthly/yearly sales targets.
+ Manage the external partners/customers to ensure the broader strategy alignment.
+ Facilitate the strategic agendas in LCS by jointly working with local marketing team and APAC/Global teams
+ Engage in local and globally-led projects as a local lead.

LCS plays a critical role in the LEGO group to deliver inspirational experience to shopper and consumer, and is also strategically important channel to grow our business in terms of both commercial and further brand building in Korea. Our ambition is to build uniquely branded and experiential retail experiences and deliver the our strong brand value to shopper/consumer. You will drive this ultimate goal to build a powerful shopper journey through emotional connections to consumers through the store expansion and shopping experience in the store by collaborating with the external partners and internal teams.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ 7+ years business management experience in retail or customer management, preferably with B2C business, the brand retail and/or branded product experience
+ Excellent strategic orientation skills with the ability to take a complete perspective seeing the bigger picture to handle the complexities.
+ Agile and result-oriented mindset.
+ Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
+ Curious and passion for learning!
