Where You’ll Make a Difference

Establish and maintain the strong relationship with key customers, ensure the goals of revenue, profitability and forecast accuracyDrive dairy business in China, manage both directly and internally commercial aspects of assigned customers with accountability to meet sales targets and client needsEnsure timely and successful delivery of dairy solutions and services according to customer needs and requirementsIdentify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts, convert into new sales following business participation strategy in the assigned territory and marketMonitor industry trends, market potentials, top market player movements, competitive intelligence, and feed back to the teamFull implementation of business processes and sales tools on Forecasting, Pricing, Opportunities, Call Reports etc. by monthly basisWork collaboratively with peers and management to ensure personal and company sales targets and performance measures are achieved and team-based culture fostered

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Food Science or relevantAt least 8 years of sales, account or business management, or technical service experience in an international companyProven experience in managing key Accounts in the assigned scopeAble to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrates respect for peopleDemonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skillsAbility to assimilate commercial and technical information fastCompetency in oral and written communication in English, good at communicationAccepts travel frequency
