Key Account Manager, Biosimilars, Switzerland

As a **Key Account Manager (Business Access Manager)** , you will lead commercial activities within your assigned region, engaging with key hospital stakeholders to promote biosimilar products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure healthcare decision-makers are equipped with the necessary information to support optimal adoption and prescribing. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hospital pharmacists, clinicians, and procurement teams.
+ Positioning our client as a reliable and knowledgeable partner in the biosimilars/biologics space.
+ Gathering and reporting market intelligence and customer insights.
+ Driving sales performance and market share growth in alignment with strategic objectives.

**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly with high-cost drugs in hospital settings.
+ Background in biosimilars or therapeutic areas such as Rare Diseases, Haematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology.
+ Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent; advanced qualifications in Business Administration or Health Economics are advantageous.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Ideally Fluent in **German and French** is essential; **English** proficiency is also required. Italian is a plus.
+ Willingness to travel regularly across Switzerland.
+ Valid Swiss driving license.
