Description: **Key Account Holder** **ABOUT THE ROLE** Duro-Last Roofing, the world’s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, has an opening for a **Key Account Holder** at the company’s headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. The Key Account Holder’s primary goal is to maintain and expand relationships within a list of assigned national accounts. They are responsible for growing sales and achieving strategic objectives with their accounts. This is a full-time, salary-based position that will participate in the VIP Bonus Plan with a target of 5%. The position will report to the Director of National Accounts. **WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH** + Act as primary point of contact for assigned house national accounts + Maximize business opportunities with assigned accounts by selling Duro-Last, Duro-Guard, and Exceptional Metals, and all other Duro-Last product lines. + Make monthly contact with all active accounts in order to proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis + Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts + Responsible for all activities required to build accounts, including: + Managing project bid solicitation process + Following up on questions from customers + Managing prototypes and ESQs + Dispersing construction schedules and ensuring each new building is bid on + Yearly in-person account meetings with each assigned account + Work closely with Duro-Last contractors by communicating with them through the bid process and building relationships with major roofers + Responsible for managing all information in Microsoft Dynamics for assigned accounts – all important contacts and interactions must be logged into the CRM + Become well versed in presenting Duro-Last product line offerings + Attend account specific trade shows + Assist Director of National Accounts in training programs for National Account team + Manage and attend industry trade shows **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience + 2 – 5 years of successful business to business account management experience + Strong work ethic + Ability to communicate clearly + Travel Expectation: 6 – 12 times per year + Presentation Skills **WHAT WE OFFER** + Competitive salary & Bonus Incentive + Retirement Savings: Choose from 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax savings + Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life Insurance + Holistic Health & Well-being programs + Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) + Paid time off + 12 paid holidays + Paid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity) + Educational Assistance Program **YOUR HOLCIM EXPERIENCE** At Holcim, there is endless opportunity for you to play your part.
