Optimally promote AZ products in accordance with AZ business strategy, ethical standards & approved TAP through commercial visits, conferences, congresses and seminars with healthcare professionalsRegularly update and upgrade customers’ database on the defined territoryProvide regular feedback on client contacts and commercial activities to SLSM and team membersSustain and communicate excellent knowledge of Product, Disease and CompetitorsMonitor, suggest and implement appropriate actions to enhance performanceConduct healthcare professionals profilingBuild and maintain long-term relationships with key customers: HCP, Hospital Pharmacies, decision-makers at the level of different accountsWork with SLSM to assess territory sales performance and market trendsAdministrative responsibility:
Ensure timely reporting of all activities in CRM SystemConduct analysis, planning and implementation of regular reporting in the own daily activitiesTimely prepare and submit financial and administrative reports following corporate and local law standardsCorporate responsibility

Essential Criteria:
A degree in Doctor, Dentist, Veterinary, Pharmacist or Biologist with a solid scientific background.Minimum 2 years of experience as Senior or Executive Medical Representative with a proven track record of achievement.Strong sales abilities with a solid understanding of effective selling techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with healthcare professionals.Advanced proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to easily comprehend and communicate complex scientific materials.Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and organize and lead multiple priorities.Exceptional planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decisions and sales performance.Date Posted
