Tu misión: Colaborar de manera cercana con el Gerente Regional para diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales en cuentas clave como Rabbit, Dizory, Abasto Básico y Casa Vargas. El objetivo principal será incrementar la distribución numérica en las Áreas Nielsen 4 y 5 (CDMX y Estado de México) mediante una ejecución impecable en el punto de venta (M&POS/Changarros), contribuyendo al crecimiento de nuestras categorías y ganando share de mercado. **In this role, you will:** + Liderar el cumplimiento mensual de objetivos de distribución numérica y recuperación de cartera. + Analizar KPIs estratégicos para identificar oportunidades y construir planes trimestrales y anuales. + Coordinar la ejecución de iniciativas comerciales con los equipos de ventas de nuestros clientes. + Diseñar herramientas de visibilidad que midan cobertura, alcance geográfico y oportunidades para acelerar el crecimiento. + Administrar los recursos de trade funds y SP, asegurando el apego a políticas comerciales. Deseable + Fuerte comprensión de los competidores clave, las demandas de los clientes detallistas (Changarros/M&POS), para alinear las estrategias de Clorox para capitalizar las oportunidades por categoría en distribución numérica. + Profundo conocimiento de áreas 4 y 5 Nielsen para construir planes estratégicos por zona geográfica **What we look for:** + +3 años de experiencia en ventas, idealmente en canal tradicional. + Excelentes habilidades analíticas y manejo de herramientas de visibilidad. + Fuertes capacidades de negociación e influencia en equipos de venta externos. + Conocimiento profundo de las Áreas Nielsen 4 y 5 y del Route to Market para changarros. + Educación universitaria en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería o experiencia equivalente. + Mínimo, conocimiento profundo de uno de los clientes que maneja, deseable dominio de 2 o más clientes. + Inglés deseable. **✨ ¿Qué buscamos?** Un profesional orientado a resultados, con mentalidad estratégica y habilidades colaborativas, listo para enfrentar desafíos en un entorno dinámico y con alta exposición comercial. **Workplace type:** Hybrid **We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
