**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or strategic account management at a B2B software company. + 10 years of experience in sales covering German public sector and federal entities. + Experience working with the German Federal Public sector. + Ability to communicate fluently in English and German in order to manage client relationships in the region. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience selling cloud solutions, infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software across public sector, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes. + Experience growing an existing customer base and acquiring new clients at scale, to increase business growth. + Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations. + Experience with commercial and legal negotiations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams. + Experience cultivating C-level relationships and influencing executives. + Understanding of German Public Procurement law and processes (Vergaberecht).
