_For National_ _Accounts :_
_Rollout of ABPs:_
+ _To_ _accomplish_ _Secondary Sales Target in Key Accounts._
+ _Coordinate with the accounts at the local level to ensure visibility as per ANI guidelines and ensure TOT adherence at the city level_
+ _To support and implement planned_ _promotions/activations_ _at the store level_
+ _Implement the_ _plannograms_ _agreed upon with help of merchandisers_
_Ensure maintenance of Sales_ _processes :_
+ _To manage the Key Account distributors (SDR /_ _BIR_ _/ Forecasting / Stock management / Sales_
_reporting / Claims / Infrastructure/ training and development of staff)_
+ _Ensure_ _optimum_ _STR for ANI products and ensure high fill rates with the accounts_
+ _Maintain credit index as per TOT with the account_
+ _Update & provide feedback on the account operations to the regional account manager as well as_
_the account manager handling the account_
_Be the Best Sales_ _force :_
+ _To develop excellent relations with the Key Accounts at all levels_
+ _To keep a check and provide feedback on current and new practices followed by competition_
+ _To_ _analyze_ _the market situation_ _in order to_ _aid in_ _accurate_ _Sales Forecasting_
+ _Ensure effective working of the merchandisers to help them deliver the maximum output_
_Manage the merchandising operations:_
+ _Regularly_ _analyze_ _the data collected by the merchandisers and implement the action points_
+ _Regularly update the beat plans as per business requirement to get maximum output from the merchandiser team_
+ _Keep a control on the quality of merchandisers in the region_
+ _Work with all the merchandisers in the region at least once per quarter_
+ _Be the touch point for the merchandising agency in the region_
_For local accounts and geography:_
_Be the most important link of ANI_
+ _Assist the Account Manager in formulating the annual business plan for local accounts_
+ _Provide a rolling sales forecast for the accounts handled to the RAM and the concerned ASM_
+ _Be_ _an integral part of TOT negotiations & help in roll out of the same_
+ _Plan and implement activities and promotions for the local accounts in consultation with the RAM_
+ _Track and_ _maintain_ _cost to sales for all spends on local accounts within agreed limit_
+ _Deliver a perfect punch in terms of NPI, price changes, pack changes_
_Distributor Management_
+ _Educate and train the distributors on ANI systems & processes_
+ _Ensure_ _optimal_ _stocking levels and high billing efficiency for all distributors_
+ _Ensure distributor compliance to agreed service levels & credit terms_
+ _Review distributor financial health (pipeline and_ _outstanding)_
+ _Ensure that the claims of the distributor are settled by ANI within specified time limits_
_People management and development_
+ _Facilitate hiring & induction of ISR’s to ensure alignment to “ANI ways of working”_
+ _Enhance ISR effectiveness through training & coaching_
+ _Management of ISR working (PJP, Itinerary, expenses etc.)_
+ _Periodic review of ISR performance and feedback_
