Job purpose:

Responsible for company performance in defined territories for assigned brands, exceeding sales targets, through achieving sales excellence KPIs. Develop long-term engagement with target customer groups (HCP, Pharmacists, hospital administration). Executing tailored customer plans to improve inter communication within customers and improve the patient treatments.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Sales performance: Responsible to achieve territory sales, growth, and market share targets for assigned brandsAccount Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives in alignment with company goals.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the hospital sector.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives and product launches.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to hospital stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, and procurement teams.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with hospital accounts to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management. Continuously enrich the customer understanding by capturing in the SF CRM system and take advantage of the technology and valuable data and insights Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

 

Who you are:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on hospital accounts.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful account strategies.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. High independence and intrinsic motivation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess account performance and market dynamics.Proficient in negotiation techniques to secure favourable terms and agreements. Strong ability to think economically and action accordingly.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.Familiarity with scientific data discussion and presentations; ability to leverage data for decision-making.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to team success.
