We are looking for a team player who is proactive, curious, and thrives on creating value through collaboration and coordination. Ideally, you have:

A degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldExperience from a similar role within FMCG or a commercial organization is a plusStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA structured and analytical mindset, with a passion for turning data into insightsConfidence in working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with dashboards and reporting tools is a plusFluency in English, and a Nordic language is a strong advantage

What will be your key responsibilities?

Act as the coordination link between the Key Account team, field sales, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on activitiesSupport planning and execution of campaigns, sales cycles, and account initiatives in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales SupportBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, by participating in meetings and ensuring effective collaborationTrack and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive sales and enhance customer experienceUse sales data and field input to identify opportunities, improve execution, and support sustainable growthBe a trusted support function to the Key Account Managers and field teams, contributing to both business and team success
