Job Summary

KCP Swim Instructor will work approximately 2-3 hours per week. Classes for the fall and winter term are on Sunday from 5:00-8:00pm, at Whitmore Lake Community Pool. Your own transportation is required since the classes are off campus. Responsibilities*

Provides beginning and intermediate group swim lessons to adults. Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their strokes and overall swimming ability, enforces all facility polices, rules and regulations.

Required Qualifications*

Previous swim instructor experience and/or competitive swim experience. 

Modes of Work

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.
