Kaufmännische Assistenz im Reparaturgeschäft (m/w/d)

Standort: an einem Standort der Region Nord (Rostock, Neumünster, Hannover, Bielefeld, Berlin, Magdeburg oder Leipzig)

IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS  

Innerhalb der Region Nord-Ost bearbeiten Sie Revisionsberichte (Leads), erstellen und legen daraus Reparaturangebote nach der Priorität an und verfolgen diese nach 

Zudem sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Kundenrückfragen zu den Angeboten 

Bei Bedarf fordern Sie eigenständig fehlende Informationen vom Ersteller der Revisionsberichte ein 

Des Weiteren stehen Sie im regelmäßigen Kontakt mit den Servicebereichen der regionalen Niederlassungen 

Darüber hinaus melden Sie eingegangene Aufträge im System und leiten diese an die ausführende Niederlassung weiter

VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR IHREN ERFOLG

Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und konnten schon 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln

Sie sind teamfähig und eine strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise gehört für Sie zum Alltag

Sie bringen technisches Verständnis und eine IT-Affinität mit

Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
